Highlights for the LUX ART Institute: The Lux Art Institute hosts internationally recognized artists and their works of art. Come watch a visiting artist work in the Lux Art Institute’s studio. In the adjoining gallery you will see other works created by the artist and the works of artists who have inspired the resident artist. The Lux Art Institute overlooks a wildlife preserve that stretches for two miles out to the Pacific Ocean. Guests can explore the award-winning art facility built to respect its surrounding environment as well as enjoy native landscaping established on the four acre site. Throughout the native gardens you will see permanent works of outdoor art.
Information on Visiting the LUX ART Institute
Admission Cost: (Costs are Approximate)
- Parking is free.
- Admission is $10 for Adults.
- Admission is Free for those under 21 years old.
- Admission is Free for Adults the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 7PM – 9PM.

Parking – The Lux Art Institute has a limited number of parking spots. Visitors may park along South El Camino Real when the lot is full.
Traffic – Traffic is relatively light during the LUX ART Institute’s normal hours. Those leaving around 5PM or visiting on Saturdays may run into sections of traffic delays on highway I-5 heading in both directions. (Learn how to get the latest traffic updates.)
