Reality Dating Show for Single Moms Broadcasts from San Diego on TLC

If you like seeing San Diego broadcast on national TV, check out the newest reality series from TLC called ‘Must Love Kids’.

‘Must Love Kids’ sets up three single moms from San Diego on dates with the hopes they can find a romantic interest who will also love their kids. Each mom is presented with a group of suitors. On the first episode aired Tuesday, the moms met their suitors on group dates. One mom met her dates at a home on Mission Bay, another mom’s date took place on a San Diego Bay Hornblower Cruise, while the third met her dates at The Pearl in Point Loma. Although you will recognize the sights and sounds of San Diego, I only noted one mention of San Diego in the first episode. Hopefully, each successive episode will provide a nice PR promotion of our favorite city.

Each original episode is aired on Tuesday’s at 9PM. There will be ten episodes in all.  Don’t worry if you missed the first episode because it will be replayed on Monday and Tuesday. Check the ‘Must Love Kids’ TV listings for exact dates and times.

If you watch the show, share your thoughts about the show and the cool places they visit throughout San Diego in the comments section below. Considering the number of participants on this reality series, many of you are bound to know at least one of them. I’ll be cheering for my friend and former triathlete buddy Paul on his dates with Vanessa.

Meet the three single moms, who all by the way appear to be well grounded and ready for serious relationships, on the TLC web site.

Must Love Kids is definitely a great show to get a little insight on how it is to date a single parent, and in the shows to come there will be quite a bit of scenes showing our beautiful city of San Diego and some of the many things you can do here. Maybe some of you guys can get some ideas on where you can take your dates!
